This Elektra WoodTec 140W/m² Underfloor Heating Mat comfortably covers 85-90% of a area. The ELEKTRA WoodTec heating mats are incredibly thin at 2.8mm. All ELEKTRA WoodTec heating mats are fully earth utilising an aluminium shield covering. The 100% earthed ELEKTRA WoodTec heating mats can be installed in wet areas in full compliance with electrical & building regulations.
Heating cables are attached to a fiberglass mesh and covered with aluminum foil on the reverse side. The aluminum foil provides a protective shielding (earth) for the heating cables. Each heating mat is 500mm wide. Due to the miniscule thickness, they are commonly used in places where the floor can not be raised too much. It is possible to install two or more mats in a single room. In this case the mats should be connected in parallel.
Manufactured in Europe complying with ISO 9001 using the highest quality raw materials, in accordance with IEC EN 60335-2-96. Elektra electric underfloor heating mats have gained many approvals around the world, including the German VDE - probably the highest standard in Europe.

Due to additional charges imposed by our couriers for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands and Northern Ireland, a surcharge may be levied to cover carriage to these areas. We advise customers to contact us for a final postage fee before finalising orders.
