Flussigfolie is a high-quality one-component semi-liquid membrane for making flexible waterproofing barriers inside buildings before laying tiles, slabs, ceramic coverings etc in places exposed to water and moisture. 
 
This makes it ideal particularly in bathrooms, wetrooms, toilets and more, protecting moisture-sensitive substrates.

Applications:
IsolBau Flussigfolie is suitable for a wide variety of substrates:
Fermacell, Cement, Lime Cement Plaster, Plasterboard, walls made of Concrete, Bricks, Gypsum Blocks, Aerated Concrete with Thin Wall Joint, Fermacell Powerpanel H2O, Anhydrite Floors, Stone, Screed, Wood-Based Panels.
 
The substrate must be stable, free from dust, loose parts and adhesives. New plaster and concrete must be bound and matured. Remove old, weakly adhering and peeling layers. Repair defects and unevenness in the substrate with special mortar. Reinforce porous, absorbent and weak substrates with a deep primer preparation. Cover expansion and construction joints, floor and wall connections with insulation tapes embedded in the foil. Drains and pipe penetrations embedded in the floor should be provided with sealing collars embedded in the compound. Stir well before use and use a roller or brush. Each layer needs to dry before the next is applied. The surface should be completely covered.

  • Consumption: 0.4 0.8 kg / m2 / layer, depending on the nature of the surface.
  • Number of layers recommended: 2
  • Surface and air temperature: 0-35°C
Storage:
Store in dry and cool rooms, in undamaged and tightly sealed original packaging at a temperature above 0°C. Durable up to 12 months after the date of manufacture. Keep protected from frost.
